Dr Eugenia Vila is without doubt the best dentist I have ever met. She's not just a dentist but so much more. An artiste and an absolute perfectionist. Three years ago I got an implant through Finest Dental. Last week, when on holiday, and after a period of instability with the tooth, the crown fell out. As Finest Dental had gone out of business, I assumed I was in trouble. I researched Dental Art and saw that they’d offered assistance to Finest Dental patients. I went along today and the service I received was second to none. Dr Eugenia and Karolina could not have been more helpful. They proactively investigated the implant, they sourced a solution and they reattached the crown. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, the procedure was painless and they really left me with a sense that they cared. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. At first I was nervous to go and see a dentist because I haven't been in years. when I got there Dr. Eugenia and her colleague Nadia made me feel comfortable and relaxed told me what needs to be done. I live in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and my journey to Art Dental Balham happened completely by chance, through a random YouTube video. What caught my attention was that the people in the video weren’t models or actors, but real people honestly talking about their dental problems. They mentioned that Art Dental offers a free orthodontic consultation. At first, I thought it might be too good to be true, but something about the video felt genuine. I filled out the form and forgot about it, as I was already dealing with pain and disappointment from another dental practice that had seen me twice without any real improvement. Then, unexpectedly, I received a phone call from Ben, the receptionist at Art Dental. His voice was warm, polite, and full of respect. He took time to explain everything clearly, how the clinic works, what the costs are, and what to expect. When I asked if they offered same-day emergency appointments, he said yes, and I went immediately. To my surprise, the emergency visit wasn’t £150 like other clinics, it was £100, and I was seen by Dr. Vila Evgenia, a highly experienced and compassionate specialist. From the moment she examined me, I could tell I was finally in the right hands. She carefully checked everything and quickly discovered a deep inflammation and an old gum pocket that had likely been there for six months, something four other dentists had completely missed.
